As you all know, things are changing for ARU- the move to Acutes, the change in weekend staffing, etc. Stressful? Yes! Opportunity to recreate rehab therapy to be even more Awesometastic (that's a neologism) than it already is? Definitely! Chloe pointed out that this project requires more than a task force or a committee- it should really be an ongoing full team discussion. Then Andrea pointed out that there are not enough hours in the day to give this discussion the time it deserves.
Andrea's suggestion is a blog in which we post our ideas, we post new information, we argue and discuss in the comment threads- then we use this brainstorming as a jumping off point during actual human face to face meetings. What do you all think?
